Massage a coin-sized amount onto damp face for 60 seconds (let the BHA work). Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use AM and/or PM. Follow with SHOREL Rice Ceramide Toner, then serums. Patch test if sensitive. Avoid eye area.

• How is this different from the old Salicylic serum?

  This is a wash-off clarifying cleanser (treatment cleanse), not a leave-on serum. It clears pores daily while ceramides and cica protect comfort — the serum SKU has been retired.

• Why leave it on for 60 seconds?

  BHA needs contact time to dissolve oil and debris inside the pore. A quick 5-second rinse won’t deliver the same clarifying effect.

• Will it strip my barrier?

  It’s built with mild SCI surfactants plus Ceramide NP and Panthenol specifically to avoid the tight, squeaky feel of sulfate acne washes.

• Can I use it with 11X Retinol?

  Yes. Cleanse → toner → nighttime actives. If new to both, start cleanser daily and introduce Retinol a few nights/week.
